Hotel Reservations – Booking Policies

Rooms have been reserved at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park (conference venue) for the period of the meeting. Participants who wish to make a hotel reservation should follow the instructions below. Rooms will be reserved on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Participants are advised to book as early as possible but no later than February 26, 2013 as there is only a limited number of rooms available at the special conference rate. Any reservations made after this date will be subject to room and rate availability. Currently the hotel is almost fully booked. When making a hotel reservation, please indicate the group code / name which can be found in the hotel descriptions below.

Single / Double room: USD $229.00 (special conference rate)

Rooms are subject to all applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.5%

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the two methods. Guests’ deposits will be returned if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
